Order and Payment Terms


Orders are accepted by telephone, fax, e-mail, or on-line via the Internet. We accept telephone orders and technical inquiries in our Customer and Technical Service departments between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We will process your order immediately after receiving your official purchase order.
Note: If order is not taxable, a resale or tax exemption certificate must be on file.


Fragmenta utilizes standard overnight or two-day Federal Express delivery (or equivalent). We will pre-pay and add the shipping and handling charges to the invoice as separate items. To ensure stability of our products, we reserve the right to ship on dry ice as needed. This manner of shipping could increase shipping cost.

Payment Term

The following types of payment methods are available: check (US and Canda Only), credit cards, wire transfer (International). Different payment terms may be arranged according to different cases though Net 30 days is the most common term.

Bulk Orders

Discounted pricing is available for bulk orders. Please inquire about the specifics when requesting a quotation.


We will hold the prices as stable as possible. But in some circumstances, prices may have to be changed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


Fragmenta warrants materials to be of the stated quality at the time of sale. If you are not satisfied with our product due to the quality reason, please contact us. If we confirm it is our responsibility, Fragmetna will issue you a written authorization for return or refund.
