Q: How to search a product?
A: There is a search bar on the product page. You can search a product by its CAS number or by its partial name. Our products are categorized into Building block/Intermediates, APIs, Impurities, and Metabolites. In each category, the products are further classified according to their function groups. All of our products are listed by their structures and names, so you can also search a product by browsing the product list by classes and subclasses page by page or view them all in one page. The structure search function is not available at the time being.
Q: Does Fragmenta offer bulk discounts?
A: Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders and sometimes the discount can be as deep as 80% off the regular retail prices since they are directly shipped from the manufacturing sites; please e-mail your order to or fax it to 732-329-0938, indicating the bulk amount requested. The discounts will be reflected in the quotation we send to you. We also have promotions on selected products/services periodically.
Q: How do I place an order on-line?
A: 1. Create a new account or login to your existing on-line account.
2. To find your desired product, you may browse through the directory and order products individually by clicking on "Add to Cart" at the page of each product. To order multiple items, just keep adding the items to the Cart.
3. When you are finished shopping, review your order and delete items you don’t want.
4. When you decide to order, just click on the "Order" icon at the bottom of the Cart page. Fill in quantity and the required information. Click the "submit" icon.
5. Log out your account by clicking on "Logout" icon at the right side of the "My Account" icon.
6. A sales representative will contact you within 24 hours to finalize your order.
Q: How do I open a new on-line account?
A: 1. Log on to our website at
2. Click on "My Account" icon on top of the page.
3. Click on "Start an Account" in the login page.
4. Choose your preferred Customer ID# and password. It can be a number or a word.
5. Fill out all the required information and click on submit.
6. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
Q: What is the difference between Quote and Inquire?

A: There are three choices in the Cart page after you adding a product into the Cart --- continue, quote and inquire. When you finish shopping, click on "quote" if you already has an account with us or you are going to set up one ; click on "inquire" if you don't want to have an account with us, and you just want to give us your minimum contact information.
